In September 2022, we replaced our sprinkler system due to multiple pipe bursts in the existing irrigation system of our new house. We had 4 new zones added, bringing the total number of zones to 12, and switched to a Wi-Fi enabled control system. JD was our point of contact for the original quote, design, installation, winter blowouts, and spring inspection. The team carefully removed the old replacement heads without damaging any fiber lines. JD and the team consistently provided professional and timely service, and stood behind their product. I highly recommend Waterways to anyone looking to switch their irrigation company.
