About
I provide assistance to anyone in need, regardless of their religious affiliation or marital status, including those who may not have obtained an annulment or wish to hold their ceremony outside of a Church setting. In addition, I offer services for non-denominational, Christian, or Hawaiian-themed weddings, having experience in Hawaiian customs, language, and oleo. My goal is to allow couples to have complete control over their special day while being available to offer guidance and support as required.My passion lies in serving the entire community and making their day as perfect as possible. It is incredibly fulfilling to see the joy on the faces of the bride, groom, and their loved ones as they celebrate their union, and I feel privileged to be a part of such a special occasion.

Bishop Bill was simply amazing!! Despite the fact that we were tying the knot outside of the Catholic Church and my partner was not Catholic, he was the perfect celebrant. Not only did he officiate our nuptials at our chosen location, but he generously offered to assist my partner in completing his sacraments that got disrupted due to the pandemic. Bishop Bill was incredibly considerate and kind, going out of his way to help us with our rehearsal and making our special day stress-free. He was completely in charge and even stepped aside when we exchanged our first kiss!! I wholeheartedly recommend Bishop Bill!!

Our wedding was officiated by Bishop Bill who did an exceptional job. Throughout the entire process, from our first conversation up until the wedding day, Bishop Bill attentively addressed all our queries and made us feel at ease. He customized the ceremony, making it feel as though he had known us for a long time. Our experience with Most Reverend Bill as our officiant was simply delightful. His demeanor was nothing but sweet and helpful throughout the entire process, erasing any fears or anxiety we may have had and putting us at ease.
Being raised Catholic, it was always my wish to have a Catholic ceremony, yet I didn't want any additional stress for my husband. Most Reverend Bill was understanding, friendly, and incorporated all the Catholic traditions into our ceremony, making it feel like a true homecoming.
The ceremony was stunning and Most Reverend Bill's eloquent words, peppered with lighthearted humor, helped ease any nervousness. Many of our guests complimented him on his performance, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. This memorable experience will forever be treasured.

It was an incredibly delightful experience with the officiate. Anytime I had a question or needed information, their response was prompt and helpful. They were always willing to assist, which made the whole process smooth and effortless.
