Mr Solutions was employed to perform multiple tasks both inside and outside the property. Their responsibilities encompassed transferring and reinstating an 8x10 carpet in the living room, which required the relocation of furniture. These actions were executed with expertise and celerity. Mr Solutions and his partner attended to their duties courteously and professionally. Furthermore, they were happy to go above and beyond by meticulously cleaning under the fixtures and collecting any debris in both the household and garage. It is safe to say that Mr Solutions has our gratitude and endorsement.

At the eleventh hour, William arrived to provide me with a quote for finalizing the job that another contractor was unable to finish. Without delay, they commenced their task and successfully installed the cabinets and shelves in my pantry.

Overall, the team sent over did an impressive job. Their cheerful dispositions and friendliness certainly warrant four stars. Unfortunately, there were a couple hiccups due to a language barrier. Despite being assured that one mirror in the hallway would be centered, it was not. Furthermore, one item was hung incorrectly, but was swiftly resolved. Nonetheless, all other tasks were executed as requested. However, I will be deducting one star as I was informed of their arrival time and had to hurry home, only to receive a text notifying me of a 75 minute delay. Even when I received another text stating they were on their way and would arrive in 15 minutes, they ultimately showed up almost 40 minutes later. As a result, Mr. Solutions should provide more accurate time frames to uphold their professionalism, though their talented and kind team is commendable.

Despite being completely booked, he still made room for me and assisted me with my urgent matter. He dedicated his time to helping me and I am truly grateful for his generosity. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future. His work is outstanding and his team is exceptional. Thank you once again.
