He informed me that his team was available at the earliest and promised to confirm the same. True to his word, within 20 minutes, he called back and scheduled an appointment for the same evening. Promptly, his team arrived and efficiently removed the dangling antenna along with two others from my roof. Though their work took less than an hour, their minimum rate for any job is two hours. However, due to the urgent nature of the task, I opted to proceed with it and paid them online for their excellent work. I would consider hiring this team again for future projects.

Upon completion of the project, I discovered defects on the countertop and noticed that certain baseboards and trim had not been properly installed. I immediately contacted Jose and even expressed my willingness to pay for his return to fix the issues, yet I received no response despite leaving multiple messages. It appears as if their sole intention was to complete the initial project and vanish. I am deeply dissatisfied with their service.

During the extensive modifications to my 1929 home, Jose was able to comprehend the necessary adjustments and devise solutions suited for an older home like mine. The house's imperfections, such as the unsquared walls and sloping floors, did not hinder Jose from executing his skills. As an illustration, he deftly leveled the bathroom floor for my new tile layout, creating stunning results. Overall, his team enlarged the house by 200sq ft by expanding the upstairs bathroom and repossessing the attic space for a master closet. They also rewired, re-plumbed, and re-ran gas lines, converted my dining area into a beautiful kitchen, and transformed my previous kitchen into a multipurpose room attached to a mudroom. They lowered the living room's vaulted ceiling to nine feet to incorporate an attic closet in my master bedroom, doubled the size of the upstairs bathroom, replaced all doors and moldings, switched from plaster and lath to drywall, and created an entirely new lighting configuration with ceiling lights throughout my home. Additionally, Jose erected a 10x10 insulated outbuilding complete with a skylight and electricity. I strongly recommend his services.
