About
Carson is an accomplished musician and teacher specializing in drumming in the Southern California area. He is dedicated to his craft as a professional drummer, drum tutor, and transcriber. In the past 20 years of playing, his passion for continual learning resulted in him earning performance degrees from MacEwan University (BMus, 2017) and Calarts (MFA Jazz, 2019). Carson has performed with a number of LA's top musicians in a variety of venues.

His work as an educator has given him the insight to understand the positive impact an exceptional teacher can have on students, unlocking their potential and enjoyment of music.

Impressively, Carson has created over 300 accurate drum transcriptions of popular songs of different levels of difficulty during his time as a Drumeo transcriber.
