I cannot understand how these individuals received a rating of 5 stars. They displayed an initial interest in my job and contacted me several times through the app. Subsequently, they proceeded to call me persistently for an hour. While I tried to communicate with them, my busy work schedule hindered my efforts. Eventually, I scheduled a meeting with their estimate specialist who arrived punctually and was charming. From then on, there was no communication from their end. They ceased to respond to my texts and ignored my inquiries, abandoning the project altogether. There was no feedback regarding the work's feasibility or anything else. As a result, I ascertained that it was a futile and unprofessional experience, particularly since I had several projects to complete.

Their program is simply amazing! Since we became members 18 months ago, it's been the best decision we made for our home.
