Upon approaching Jaime, my mobility was very slow and strained. Jaime attentively listened to my story and evaluated my range of motion. Her delightful personality immediately put me at ease. She began with low impact exercises, which proved challenging, but she cleverly provided me with frequent breaks. These breaks enabled me to recharge my energy, which was essential to my progression. In a timely manner, Jaime discovered what was effective for me, preventing discouragement or exhaustion. After approximately three to four months of sessions, I have experienced significant improvement. Walking has become smoother, and I have more endurance, which enables me to run short errands. I am finally able to return to work and visit friends. Jaime was able to eliminate obstacles and enhance my achievement, a feat she can also achieve for you.
