Having over 6 years of experience in the international health and wellness industry, I've worked as a personal trainer, health and mindset coach, and yoga instructor. All of my training sessions are customized and personalized to meet each client's needs and abilities, and I offer in-person one-on-one training, small group training, and online training. My sessions vary in training styles, such as HIIT, bootcamp, weightlifting, yoga, and pilates, to cater to my clients' physical abilities, preferences, and needs.
