I am a former United Methodist pastor and ordained in the Christian (Disciples of Christ) and serve a part-time position at a United Church of Christ in California. My services include both religious and non-religious ceremonies, and I thoroughly enjoy being a part of people's most significant moments, whether it is a wedding or a funeral.
Unfortunately, Colorado has initiated stricter regulations regarding who can officiate at weddings and be authorized to sign a marriage license. You can find a list of eligible officials on their state regulations site. However, as an ordained clergy member, I am authorized to sign your marriage license, making it official as recognized by the state.

Rev Teri was exceptional in helping us plan and execute our wedding in Breckenridge, Colorado, despite us residing on the other side of the country. Her effort in communicating with us through telephone and text messages allowed her to understand us better, and she presented her service outline while being accommodating to any adjustments we desired. During the ceremony, Teri mingled well with our immediate family, exhibited sincere curiosity by asking relevant questions, and helped everyone feel comfortable and at ease. It was important to us to have a wedding officiant belonging to a traditional Christian denomination, which Teri fulfilled with her Masters of Divinity from a Methodist seminary and her previous experience pastoring UMC churches. Despite having to travel for several hours each way, Teri maintained her rate of service. In closing, we strongly recommend Teri for her high-quality service and outright professionalism.
