There are two ways to get a refund.
First, communicate with the Pro.
If the Pro responds and you can negotiate order cancelation with them, then submit the Cancel order request. Once the Pro accepts the request, you will receive a full refund.
If the Pro is unresponsive, submit a Provide a Progress order request. In this case, if the Pro does not respond within 48 hours, the order will automatically be canceled, and you will receive a refund.

If you and the Pro cannot reach an agreement, then you should open a dispute.
If the dispute is resolved in your favor, you will receive a refund (full or partial).
