For around five years, I have been acquainted with Mike, who is undeniably the finest trainer I have ever come across. Previously, I felt that other trainers had an inadequate comprehension of the body. Mike, however, has gone to great lengths to understand how the body functions, as well as how each individual client can benefit from strength training, agility, and flexibility customized to their level. He has a highly patient and dedicated approach to training, as well as to his own personal growth and understanding. In 2019, I met Mike through my previous personal trainer while training at a popular gym in New York City. During this time, I had the opportunity to witness some of his techniques. However, due to the pandemic forcing all gym facilities to close, I contacted him via email to start virtual training sessions using minimal equipment at home. As restrictions eased, we transitioned to smaller, private gym facilities by my request, to incorporate more gym equipment into my training. Throughout our sessions, Mike has been highly professional and sensitive to my specific needs as a client. He integrates various consultations into our training schedule, discussing modifications to the program to align with my long-term weight loss goals while increasing overall strength and conditioning. Additionally, we discuss topics ranging from specific nutrition plans, supplements, and ways to enhance effective testosterone production for those with deficiencies. As part of my program evolution, Mike provides me with links and articles to help me address any questions or issues that arise. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results of his program and highly recommend Mike as an excellent personal trainer.

For more than 5 years, I had the opportunity to work alongside Mike. He was more than merely a colleague, but additionally my personal trainer. At the age of 16, I began my fitness journey just 15 months ago, with the aim of reducing my body fat, gaining strength, increasing muscle mass, and transforming my body. I started by incorporating strength, conditioning, and bodybuilding techniques, while simultaneously improving my diet by reducing sugar, simple carbs, and processed foods, and increasing my intake of lean proteins and complex carbs. At the beginning of my journey, I weighed 165lbs, stood at 57 tall, and had a body fat percentage of around 25%. Mike became my training partner in the summer of 2020, primarily utilizing video conferencing due to the pandemic, and occasionally meeting in person. His extensive subject knowledge and years of experience have expanded my knowledge of the science behind various training methods, proper and safe technique, and nutrition. Mike has tailored training plans to meet my goals, which have typically run for several weeks with a focus on specific areas, such as strength training for legs, glutes, and core. Along with conditioning and muscle mass growth, we have employed many different exercises, keeping things interesting. Training with Mike has certainly yielded fruitful results. I have seen a significant improvement in my body composition, with my weight dropping from a soft 165lbs to a solid 140lbs. I have achieved a remarkable 40% reduction in body fat to approximately 15%, and my waist size has decreased from 32 inches to 30 inches. Moreover, I can proudly flaunt my abs and lats, and my strength has soared. My deadlift has increased by 70% to a whopping 315lbs. However, there is still a long way to go, and my next phase of training will focus on adding more muscle mass to complete my transformation.
