Our service call fee is $69 and we don't charge for the initial diagnostic if a repair is needed. We offer a 90-day warranty for both labor and parts and provide easy-to-understand, affordable estimates. Our experienced technicians diagnose the issue and aim to complete repairs on the same day, with most parts in stock.

On Christmas Eve, my tankless water heater gave out after providing years of service. I reached out to multiple companies for help, but most of them gave the excuse that they don't work with tankless heaters. However, despite it being a replacement and not a repair, these experts arrived promptly and seamlessly completed the swap out at a very reasonable price for the holiday. After speaking with Natalie from Starchenko Appliance Repair, I am grateful to report that she saved our family a substantial amount of money - over $1,000 to be exact - thanks to her expertise. We had previously contacted another appliance repair company who, upon inspection of our LG refrigerator, advised us that it was beyond repair and that we should purchase a new one. They claimed that a new computer and compressor were needed, which would cost over $1000. Thankfully, Natalie has extensive experience with LG appliances, and she informed us that it is typically only one component that is faulty, either the compressor or the computer, but not both. She recommended that we contact LG to determine if the part in question was covered under warranty. We followed her advice, contacted LG, and learned that the necessary parts were indeed covered under warranty. Needless to say, we were immensely grateful and called Natalie back to express our sincere gratitude. Natalie humbly remarked that her honesty is simply part of her job, but we wholeheartedly recommend working with this exceptional company based on our experience.
