Upon meeting me, Ryan promptly provided me with an array of Trex deck options to choose from for attaching to my pool. Ryan's crew, which comprised Jared, Eric, and Mel, showed up daily as scheduled and worked relentlessly in bringing to life the deck of our liking. They frequently checked in with us throughout construction to ensure that we were aligned. As promised, the deck was completed within the designated timeframe, which was both prompt and effective. The crew, without exception, was courteous and respectful and ensured that they cleared up after themselves every day. The primary purpose of our contact with CrackerJack was to have two front porch columns, which bore the weight of the porch, replaced. Ryan, their representative, came over to inspect the job the following day and completed everything quickly as soon as the new columns were available. His work was exemplary and professional.
