Our pool table was well-cared for by Bill and his team, who expertly disassembled and reassembled it in our new location. Additionally, we purchased brand-new felt for the table, which Bill skillfully installed. His punctuality and reasonable pricing were impressive, and we highly recommend him to anyone seeking pool table relocation services.

Roccaworks should take responsibility for their errors. I paid $500 as a gift to have a customer/homeowner re-felt their pool table. Unfortunately, I didn't inspect the work carefully and just paid. When the owner of the pool table examined the work, they found loose felt in each pocket, overspray on the pool table and new wood floors, a hole that couldn't be covered on one of the pockets, and an abundance of loose staples under each pocket. The service provider isn't a specialist and doesn't pay attention to detail. I won't hire him again. I made a mistake, so don't follow in my footsteps. I texted you pictures of the problems the same day you completed the job, but you never responded until a month later when I reached out to you again. Although I gave you the opportunity to come back and correct the issues, you refused to take responsibility for them. Now I must pay someone else to fix the job.

The pool table move was made flawless by Bill and his son. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The end result is stunning and I am impressed. Great job, guys!

The surface of the table resembles a soccer pitch. The wrinkles on the fabric could have been smoothed out. During the reupholstering process, he neglected to lift the slate.
