Each session is customized to your goals, and you do not need to adjust to the group. Wendy creates an exclusive flow for your body, meeting you where you are. This is ideal for beginners or people with injuries or other physical limitations. Wendy is a Yoga Alliance 200E licensed yoga teacher with six years of teaching experience and 16 years of personal practice. “If you can breathe in, and you can breathe out, you can practice yoga,” says Wendy Riva.

Wendy Fast is not only an extraordinary yoga instructor, but also a kind-hearted and empathetic individual. She thoroughly assessed my physical condition and devoted ample time to understand my bodily limitations.
