Our team is made up of highly qualified and certified professionals, including a B.S. Kinesiology graduate from Monmouth College, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainers with expertise in MMA conditioning, corrective exercise, fitness nutrition, and behavioral change coaching. We are also certified in areas such as Olympic lifting coaching, TRX suspension, and rip training, as well as being CPR/AED trained. Your fitness journey is our priority, and we're ready to take it on with you.

Coach Mike is highly skilled in tailoring workouts to suit individual abilities. Although he pushes me to my limits, I never cease to enjoy my workout sessions. Despite being 57 years old, I am proud of my ability to lift 26 and 35 lb. kettlebells. Moreover, if there is any exercise that I am reluctant to do due to the risk of injury, he immediately tweaks it to accommodate my concerns. Thanks to Coach Mike, my life has taken on a positive change as I discovered how invigorating working out can be.
