For 8 years, my passion has been yoga. It has not only strengthened and healed my body, but also soothed my anxieties, enlightened my soul, and led me to restore relationships with others, while connecting myself to my spiritual side. I've been sharing what I've learned in group and private settings for 2.5 years, using a gentle and slow approach with a focus on body-breath connection. Together, we explore a physical practice and go deeper into meditation, learning to destress and relax at all levels while immersing ourselves into working with breath to lead to healing.
The practice that I've developed balances breath-work with asana and meditation, and tends to help clients dealing with trauma, grieving, and anxiety. Through yoga, clients can detox their body, gain flexibility and mobility, relieve chronic pain, enjoy self-care, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity, connect to their spiritual oneness, feel healed and renewed, soothe inflammation, and control autoimmune conditions.
My personal favorite is an anxiety-alleviating practice that balances breath-work with asana and my own heartfelt meditation. Certified in Reiki II and with 200 Hr and trauma-informed training, I offer private or group sessions in Cornelius or Mooresville, NC. Private events and corporate sessions are also welcome.
