For six years, I have been engaged with the fitness industry, armed with a degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Besides being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I am also certified in Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Coaching. My specialization revolves around avoiding injuries and addressing existing ones for better mobility. Additionally, I excel in strength training, power lifting, and weight loss.
