This gentleman certainly knows his way around the kitchen! His skills with cast iron and a burner were impressive. I am eagerly anticipating the chance to try more dishes from his menu and experience his charming personality again at our next event.

Working with Cary was such a delight - he was always prompt with his communication and willing to answer any questions we had. And the food? It was simply incredible! Bursting with flavor and so delicious you couldn't help but go back for seconds...and thirds...and maybe even fourths! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Prejean's Cajun Catering for any event. I'm already looking forward to trying out more of their mouthwatering dishes!
