One day before scheduled, Dalton and his skilled crew arrived to service the water fountain on our property. Their professionalism was apparent as they quickly began the task at hand. Upon completion of the cleaning and repairs, they informed and showed me the work that had been done, a courtesy which I greatly appreciate in order to keep my client informed. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by suggesting potential future maintenance services such as installing fish or filtration systems. Overall, their exceptional work ethic and customer care was truly impressive.

The superb work by Prairie Creek Ponds was evident in the installation of our pondless waterfall. Their design perfectly fits our needs and seamlessly integrated our bronze bear catching a fish into a natural ambiance. The auditory and nocturnal illumination effects are simply stunning! We are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.

Prairie Creek did an amazing job on my water feature, and I am extremely happy with the end result. Previously, my Coi pond/water feature had a leaking liner, but Lamar, the owner, came to survey the project and suggested removing the current slate border and replacing it with a new liner alongside a modern pump and filter. The installation process was run by Dalton, and working alongside Lamar and him was an absolute pleasure. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and executed the job fantastically. The pricing was reasonable, and the outcome was outstanding. I couldn't be more satisfied!
