Rather than relying on online programs, I use my extensive experience in various fitness disciplines such as martial arts, jiu-jitsu, boxing, CrossFit, and bodybuilding to deliver personalized programming to my clients. I have dedicated my entire life to fitness and have a wealth of knowledge to share. With over 25 years of experience in weight lifting, HIIT training, and self-defense, including jiu-jitsu and boxing, I am passionate about empowering clients to feel their best. I live and breathe a healthy lifestyle and love inspiring others to do the same.
