Organizing with Kayla

My mission is to make clean, organized, functional, and beautiful homes accessible to everyone, regardless of income. I work with individuals in all income brackets to tailor my services to their needs.

I welcome all members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I offer free consultations to all potential clients. My areas of specialization include organization, interior design, and space planning. I also offer custom storage solutions, painting, and other services. My organization services are geared towards individuals dealing with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, C-PTSD, chronic pain, and executive dysfunction, though I am happy to work with anyone looking for organization in their life.

My name is Kayla Hurt, and I've been a professional organizer for two years. I am located in the Tomball/Cypress area, but I travel throughout the city and beyond. As someone who majored in psychology, I understand the complexity of the issues that can lead to a cluttered and chaotic home. With me, clients can expect a compassionate approach, free of judgment. My ultimate goal is to develop a system in your home that is tailored specifically to your family's unique needs.

I believe in working together with my clients to create a system that is right for them. Together, we will establish an organizational method that works for everyone - including spouses, children, pets, or others who reside in the home. My services are meant to equip my clients with the tools for sustained success without ever making them feel judged.

For certain jobs, I will wear a mask as a precaution. I have also received full vaccination for COVID-19, including a Pfizer booster dose on February 24, 2022.

When it comes to pricing, I charge $48.00 an hour for organizing and cleaning, with a minimum of four hours required. My cleaning process includes disinfecting products, removal of excessive stains, dusting, trash removal, carpet shampooing, vacuuming, and sweeping. Additionally, any items designated for donation will be transported to the charity of your choice. For larger items, organized pickup options can be discussed. Please note that I provide rug and carpet cleaning services myself with my own equipment, but for commercial-grade cleaning, I recommend seeking a professional service like Stanley Steamers.
