For more than a decade, I've practiced yoga and found that it brings me a sense of well-being. The benefits include sharper focus, a relaxed disposition, and continuous learning. As an instructor, my goal is to help students build their awareness of their bodies in every moment and use that understanding to foster growth - emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I have completed RYT200 and RYT500 yoga teacher training in June 2017 and April 2020, respectively. I have been playing the piano for more than 26 years and have gained over 12 years of experience in teaching beginners (of all ages, ranging from 5-12 to adults). I'm comfortable starting at the introductory level and expanding into genres such as classical, pop, or folk-whatever suits the student's taste. Personally, I have a preference for traditional Chinese music and pentatonic improvisation on the piano.
