Night Owl Productions displayed professional conduct in their direct communication with me. They made considerable effort to cater to my video production requests and conducted thorough research. They even offered to include an additional personnel for my production and were prepared to shoot footage in up to three different locations. In one of those locations, they captured photos and shared four or five different results. While we had differing opinions on the idea of modernity for certain parts of my project, they maintained an utmost level of professionalism, following up with me frequently and doing extensive research specific to my needs. I am giving them a rating of 4 out of 5. Although our collaboration did not result in a final video production, I still award Night Owl Productions 4 stars. Out of all the videographers I have worked with in Northern Europe, East Africa, and North America, Anthony and Ashley are by far my favorite. Prior to our wedding, we held pre-production meetings to plan and determine our desired outcomes. They did an outstanding job adhering to our event guidelines down to the smallest detail. Their creative ideas were geared explicitly towards our wedding, several of which we adopted. Anthony and Ashley utilized state-of-the-art filming gear such as gimbals, spare battery packs, tripods, and excellent lighting and audio equipment. They even incorporated the latest camera technology, including drones, that enabled us to take the best aerial shots during our Santa Monica California beach wedding. During our wedding, Anthony allowed me to try my hand at operating one of their impressive cameras, which resulted in me operating the camera and capturing footage of my wife and father as they danced, creating one of the most profound highlights of our day. Furthermore, the duo remained approachable and accommodating throughout the entire process. At the conclusion of the event, they approached us to inquire if there was anything else we required, displaying the epitome of professionalism. Thanks to their relentless work ethic, we received the highest quality video promptly, capturing the most significant moments of the most important day of our lives.
