He then offered guidance as we navigated the selection process, sharing pictures of previous projects, paving options, patterns, and colors. We eventually chose to proceed with Josh's team, who arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They finished the entire job in one day, exceeding our expectations. Josh's project manager and crew then conducted follow-up visits to ensure our satisfaction, with the latter also planting some grass seeds and leveling out dirt around the newly-installed pavers. They also provided us with extra sand, with the assurance that they would attend to any future concerns. "I hired Michael and his team to fill a significant crack in my Condo. Additionally, I enlisted their services to put in new flooring in my living room, kitchen and closet. To my disappointment, on the... read more first day of work, the crew was unprepared and lacked the necessary tools for proper floor installation. Once they completed the job, I informed Michael that the kitchen flooring was not done correctly and a few pieces in the living room were also off. He assured me that he would send someone to fix the problem, but no one showed up. Despite my calls to Michael over the past four months, he has been unresponsive and out of town. I caution others not to pay contractors until they have successfully completed the job.
