My pricing is simple and transparent. For in-person sessions within a 30-mile radius, my rates are as follows: $80 per session for one person, $90 per session for two people, and $110 per session for three people. I also offer promotional packages for multiple sessions per week.

For online sessions, I offer three packages: $60 per session for once a week, $55 per session for twice a week, and $50 per session for three times a week.

My name is Mark and I am a fitness specialist with a wealth of knowledge in core, balance, and stability exercises, as well as kinesiology, mobility, stretching, and nutrition. I have worked with athletes and physicians to provide physical therapy and focus on resistance training, endurance training, or cardio/weight lifting depending on each individual's needs. My goal is to help guide you step-by-step towards achieving your fitness goals while educating you along the way.

For online sessions, I offer customized training packages ranging from $50 to $250 depending on your budget. Higher price points include video chat sessions, personalized meal plans, and daily updates on your progress. For more affordable options, I provide guidance and exercises customized for your body type and fitness goals. Let me help you become the best version of yourself!
