Moonstone Hippy Yoga and Meditation
My focus is on using yoga to improve the overall health and wellbeing of adolescents, teenagers, and young adults while promoting a sense of calm and stress relief. To achieve this, I offer yoga lessons, mindful self-study, and gradual lifestyle changes. My goal is for students to walk away with effective tools for coping with stress and anxiety, while also having fun and learning to take it easy. Above all, I encourage my students to be patient with themselves. With 5 years of experience working with children ages 4-16, I specialize in working with female teenagers to aid in anxiety and stress relief, positive self-image, and time management. I teach a range of styles, including gentle, hatha, and slow flow vinyasa, as well as offer one-on-one sessions.
