The answer is no, as these can be obtained through your local courthouse or a notary offering such services. You can even apply online and schedule an appointment for pickup at your county courthouse. Following this, you can bring the license to me for signing as I am available to officiate your ceremony at a venue of your choice. My fees for the ceremony range from $300 to $400, depending on the location. Should you desire photography services, I offer a comprehensive package that includes a stunning ceremony, license signing, and the mailing of your license, with up to 100 to 200 fully edited digital downloads ready for printing. The photography service is priced at $300 for one hour, with additional hours charged at $100 each. As I have a team of capable officiants in various locations throughout Southern California, I am confident in my ability to fulfill your needs. Moreover, I have bilingual staff who can assist you.
