For over 5 years, I have focused on health and wellness as a personal trainer specializing in yoga and physical therapy. I achieved authentic knowledge and experience in yoga and meditation by studying at Yog Peeth in Rishikesh, India. Additionally, I am currently pursuing further education in physical therapy. With my specialized fitness programs, my clients have experienced significant improvements in their balance, flexibility, strength, appearance, and overall health. I strive to create custom programs that cater to each client's unique fitness journey, with a goal to not only help them achieve their dream bodies but also to maximize their functionality without limitations. Injury prevention and rehabilitation are also top priorities for my students, and I am passionate about helping them live happy and pain-free lives. I've worked with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, including celebrities, athletes, school children, and people of all ages and genders. My aim is to deliver the most effective and efficient training possible, so my clients feel confident and motivated to exercise on their own.
