Here are my rates for personal training:
- 5 sessions: $400 or $80 per session
- 10 sessions: $750 or $75 per session
- 15 sessions: $1050 or $70 per session, with a New Year's deal of $890
- 30 sessions: $1950 or $65 per session, which includes a meal plan, with a New Year's deal of $1650
- 60 sessions: $3300 or $60 per session, which includes a meal plan, with a New Year's deal of $2800
- 120 sessions: $6600 or $55 per session, which includes a meal plan, with a New Year's deal of $5600
For a drop-in session, the cost is $90.
I also offer personal training memberships:
- 2 sessions per week or 8 sessions per month for $599
- 3 sessions per week or 12 sessions per month for $699
- 4 or more sessions per week or 16 sessions per month for $899
In addition to personal training, I offer online training programming for $99 per month, which includes app access, a training program, instructional videos, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins.
I also offer 7-day meal plans tailored to your preferred foods for $120.
All packages must be paid in full.
