I'm at a loss for words. Chef Pierre recently catered a brunch event for 43 guests and it was a huge success. The standout dishes were undoubtedly the shrimp and grits, as well as the fried chicken. Every single person in attendance was raving about how delectable the food was. Chef Pierre's professionalism and hospitable nature were also much appreciated, he even went out of his way to get us ice. Without a doubt, I will be hiring him again for any future events.

Chef Marckende was truly outstanding! He demonstrated immense creativity by crafting a vegan/vegetarian menu featuring an array of delectable dishes such as dumplings, potstickers, ramen, and a sumptuous chocolate, strawberry, and blueberry layer cake. He was highly responsive during the planning phase, going above and beyond by coordinating on-site setup and visitation the night before as we were marking a birthday occasion with a group of friends at an AirBnb. Our group of eleven had an unparalleled dining experience, and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Chef Marckende was the perfect professional, bringing along all the necessary equipment and taking care of the entire service and cleanup. At our 25th anniversary vow renewal ceremony, Chef Marckende and his team cooked a delectable surf and turf dinner for 37 family members outdoors. The presentation was amazing and the meal was served piping hot.
Our attendees were thrilled by the meal, giving glowing reviews of the succulent ribeye steak and the delicious lobster tail Mac n cheese, which had been expertly seasoned.
Before the occasion, my husband and I had the opportunity to dine with the Chef during a tasting of the menu. The tasting was conducted with professionalism and the food was fantastic. We realized then that our guests would undoubtedly feel the same way about the selection.

The dinner was fantastic! Chef Pierre arrived promptly, even earlier than expected, and served us an incredible meal. We were incredibly fortunate to have such delicious food prepared right in our own home. It was definitely one of the best parts of our trip, and we enthusiastically recommend Chef Pierre to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a fun evening. Also, be sure to try the macaroni and cheese - it's a must-have!
