We had an exceptional experience with a new company called CrackerJack. We enlisted the help of Matt and his team to evaluate our roofing and determined that about 70% needed to be replaced, which was confirmed after seeing the deteriorated state of our old shingles. From the initial quoting process to the job’s completion, Matt & Co. were phenomenal - they finished almost everything in a single day! Matt is a rare gem because he truly understands budgetary concerns and adjusted our initial estimate to fit our needs better, as well as offering a more cost-effective solution. It's easy to see that he and his team are knowledgeable about their work, and our new roof looks fantastic! We discovered they had exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were also extremely responsive, friendly, and cleaned up all the debris after the job was done. Even when we requested that they remove their shoes inside the house, it was done without question or hesitation. Matt assured us that if we had any issues with the work, he would immediately address them. When we inquired about other projects that weren't masonry or roofing, he said, "everything except landscaping." We have a 145-year-old house and plan to hire them for future projects.
