My coaching approach takes into account the whole mind and body for improving your overall health, fitness, and wellness. The four pillars of my coaching are vital to your success:
1. FITNESS COACHING: I assist you in establishing a sustainable and personalized training routine that suits your fitness level and lifestyle constraints. We work together to plan a weekly goal, considering all the necessary metrics like duration, intensity, purpose, format, logistics, etc. During and after our sessions, I provide guidance and support to ensure you know precisely what to do.
2. WELLNESS COACHING: I guide you in improving various aspects of your life that may hinder your emotional and physical performance during our sessions. This covers stress, sleep deprivation, resilience, self-relationship, time management, etc.
3. FOOD & NUTRITION: I emphasize the importance of whole foods in supporting your weight loss, training preparation, and recovery. Proper nutrition also elevates your energy levels and sharpens your mental focus. As a culinary school graduate, I enjoy sharing healthy recipes with my clients.
4. MOTIVATION: I aim to understand your mindset and way of thinking to help you overcome obstacles and effect a positive change in your body. Changing your approach and perspective towards fitness can lead to long-term mental and physical strength, leading ultimately to a happier and more fulfilled life.
My goal is to help you improve your resilience, both mentally and physically. If you need guidance in any of these four areas, I am here to help. I provide Skype coaching sessions or travel to clients in the Boulder area. I hold several certifications and qualifications, including specialization in pre and postnatal fitness, cancer exercise therapy, and holistic nutrition.

Our families' physical and mental wellbeing has undergone a tremendous transformation since Anne joined our fitness journey about four months ago. Upon responding to our CrackerJack inquiry, she immediately won us over with her holistic approach encompassing mind, body, and nutrition. Anne's warm and friendly nature during the initial assessment further cemented our decision to choose her as our personal trainer. However, the challenge lay in training our entire family - each with different strengths and weaknesses, and our son, who is just 14 years old. Anne solved this through designing tailor-made programs for each of us. Every session is fun and unique, intermingling strength and cardio workouts, albeit, with focused attention on injuries.
