For Yin Yoga, you'll experience a nourishing practice that works on deeper yin tissues like ligaments, joints, and even bones. You'll hold poses for 2-7 minutes with props to best meet your needs and goals. Please note, this practice isn't recommended for those with hypermobility or if you're pregnant.
Restorative Yoga is a grounding, slow practice that uses 3-8 supportive poses to encourage relaxation, heal on a cellular level, aid in stress reduction, and increase circulation. This practice welcomes all levels.
Pilates focuses on postural alignment, core strength and stability, and low-impact functional training. While core strength is emphasized, this can be a total strength fusion depending on your goals.
My guided meditations include Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation, body scans, mindfulness, visual imagery, seasonal themes, breath work, and more.
I offer private sessions for women 40+ with prices of $75 on Zoom or $120 in person (Sammamish & Issaquah areas) - consults and reassessments always are free.
