Both communication and scheduling need improvement. Initially, the appointment was set, but I was contacted to change the time. Although I agreed, the worker was still nearly an hour late for the rescheduled time. Upon arrival, he informed me that he needed to get a ladder as his previous one broke on his last job. While I understood the situation, it took him almost an hour to return with the ladder. Furthermore, once he came back, the task took longer than he initially anticipated. Due to the extended time, I had to leave, and he agreed to return the next day. The following day, the worker was again late and worked for a while before leaving and being gone for a few hours. Since his supplies and equipment were inside my place, I was stuck waiting for him to come back. When he eventually returned, he apologized and explained that he does not have his own transportation and relies on another driver. Despite the delays, the worker ultimately did an excellent job cleaning the windows, which had tape residue and dirt accumulated over almost ten years. He successfully removed everything, leaving them clear and streak-free.
