Welcome! Great to have you here. My name is Sarah, and I've been a yoga enthusiast for eight years, holding a 200hr certification. My style of yoga focuses on natural body rhythms, and I tend to design flowy and gentle sequences. I base my training on the Structural Yoga Therapy of Mukunda Stiles. My practice welcomes both beginners and advanced practitioners, who are looking to deepen their practice or return to their mats.
