Hello Friends, welcome to my personal training and yoga studio! I am Julie, the owner and operator of a virtual fitness studio that offers private sessions to clients nationwide. Please note that my studio is fully remote. I am proud to announce that soon, I will be launching JMH STUDIO MOVEMENT LAB, which will offer an expansive library of workouts and yoga classes, as well as live classes.
I offer private personal training and yoga memberships that include customized nutrition guidance and extended access to your coach. My pricing for private sessions is $75 per hour, with three, six, and twelve-month membership options available. Membership site rates at $50 per month, with no commitment and an option to cancel anytime. The membership site offers live workouts, an ever-growing library of workouts and yoga practices, and a community of like-minded individuals.
With my holistic approach to health and fitness, I aim to simplify your nutrition and help you achieve the body and life you desire. I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate various diets and supplements, and so I offer personalized packages to fit your specific needs.
My path learning the science behind how the body works has led to a deep appreciation for the benefits of movement. I am a NASM CPT, a 300hr RYT, holistic nutritionist, and human movement specialist. My approach to movement through personal training and teaching yoga is to give each client individual attention and allow them to focus on their own bodies, goals, and needs.
