Initially, I was reluctant to choose Visiting Trainer as I believed it would be exorbitant. However, I was mistaken since it only cost me half of what I paid for my personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness. Though I had a fondness for my trainer at Lifetime, they failed to assist me with nutrition and other exercises like Visiting Trainer does.
