We believe that a personalized functional fitness program is the key to achieving optimal results suitable for one's unique situation, history, and circumstances.
Our certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach, who specializes in training clients 50 and older, will work with you to identify your fitness goals and overcome any concerns you may have. We'll evaluate your current fitness level, develop a strategic plan, and provide helpful information to help you reach your desired goals in the safest possible manner.
We offer remote fitness programming and personal training services via Zoom, as well as yoga trapeze classes that are enjoyable and invigorating for everyone, regardless of age.
We teach inside our beautiful in-home fitness studio, and for added convenience, we can travel to you for an additional charge.
