Having been a yoga teacher for over 8 years and a practitioner for more than 12, I have honed my skills through the completion of the 500 hour (RYT) Registered Yoga Teacher Training with YogaWorks and over 1,000 hours of registered yoga trainings with Yoga Alliance. Furthermore, I have earned certifications in Physical and Sports Therapy Aide. My passion for yoga is evident in my desire to share my love for it with others.
