Jeralyn has been an amazing partner in my journey towards growth and understanding in my relationship with food and my body. She goes beyond just giving workouts and calorie numbers; she takes the time to truly understand your needs, how to incorporate things that make you happy, and helps to uncover the reasons behind certain actions and triggers. I adore her "Daily Dose of Mindfulness" exercises, they help me reflect on things that I wouldn't typically contemplate, and I'm just starting to explore some of her recommended recipes and snacks. Working with Jeralyn is not about limiting yourself, it's not restrictive - it's about finding balance to achieve your goals at a pace that's realistic, and being comfortable with making mistakes; every week doesn't have to be perfect, but the bigger picture will feel much more manageable and achievable.
