My focus is helping clients reshape their bodies while gaining strength. My extensive background in functional training and orthopedic exercises enable me to create training programs that cater to clients with injuries or ailments.
As a former Anatomy and Physiology teacher, I am fascinated by the human body, and I am committed to sharing my knowledge with my clients. Watching their excitement as they progress and achieve their goals brings me pure joy. It is my desire to transform my clients' outlook on health and fitness and help them lead healthy lives for years to come.
Aside from fitness training, I also offer self-defense training for individuals or groups. With over a decade of martial arts training including a black belt in jiu jitsu, I bring valuable skills that especially benefit women who may be smaller in stature. As a martial arts instructor, I have helped many individuals gain confidence and learn how to protect themselves.
