The offerings in my sessions include Vinyasa Yoga, which I attained through 200 and 30-hour trainings at Kula Yoga Project, Thai Yoga for assisted stretching, which I learned through Two Souls Massage training, Meditation instruction that I received while attending retreats with Wat Suan Mokkh and IMS, and Birth doula support, which I received through DONA training and Living Womb mentorship.
My observation of the intimate relationship between movement and mood has motivated me to delve deeper into yoga, which is a powerful tool for growth. My aim is to help individuals develop a healthy relationship with their own bodies and minds, as well as with others and the planet. As such, my sessions are tailored to meet individual needs. Whether seeking a fast-paced, high-intensity vinyasa flow class with pranayama or a more grounded session with Thai yoga and assisted stretches plus guided meditation, I provide what serves best in the moment.
Under the direction of Nikki Vilella, Magi Pierce, Nikki Costello, and Jillian Turecki, I completed my 200-hour teacher training and 30-hour Bridge Training at Kula Yoga Project, while my 60-hour Thai Yoga training was with Al Turner II of Two Souls Thai Massage. My future goal is to become certified in prenatal Vinyasa and Thai yoga, as I have recently started working as a birth doula.
