For the last 24 months, I've undergone training with Greg and it's been an exceptional experience. He demonstrates a high level of professionalism and has an in-depth knowledge of the way the human body operates. Greg's training approach is quite different from other trainers I have previously worked with as he is focused on creating a personalized, deliberate strategy based on my goals, rather than utilizing generic training routines. A great example of Greg's approach was when I had a serious shoulder injury due to a car accident, he devised a training method that helped me regain my shoulder strength and functionality. When I started training with Greg, my primary objectives were to achieve better glutes and develop a stronger back. We have accomplished those goals by using a variety of techniques and exercises.
