Regrettably, I am compelled to revise my evaluation of Pristine. Initially, I had a positive experience collaborating with Jonathon. However, circumstances have altered since then. Since the installation of my pool approximately 13 months ago, the filter and pump have required replacement, and there have been a few leaks. (Jonathon did eventually address these issues, but it took longer than expected.) The patio installed by the subcontracted company, Brooks Landscaping, appears to be in a constant state of disarray. Sand has infiltrated my pool, hot tub, and home. The blocks surrounding my pool continually topple into the water, which is rather embarrassing, particularly when guests are visiting. Pristine and Brooks provide a host of excuses but seem incapable of delivering a viable solution to correct the problem, despite my persistent efforts over several months. If you are searching for a pool builder, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Jonathon may appear promising initially, but after the payment clears, the experience takes a turn. Communication between Jonathon, Pristine, and Brooks is ineffective. If I had foreseen these issues, I would have chosen a different pool builder. I am willing to discuss this review further.
