Forever and a Day Weddings
With over 16 years and 600+ weddings of experience, I am one of the most sought-after Justices of the Peace in Connecticut, now offering my services in NY, MA, and RI. My focus is on creating a ceremony that is uniquely personal and meaningful, and I welcome a friend or family member to participate by doing a reading during the ceremony. I am proud to be a preferred vendor for the CT Wedding Group.
Prior to my work as a Justice of the Peace, I spent 45 years in the medical field as a Radiologic Technologist, specializing in Mammography. For the last 10 years, I was a manager at a large Outpatient Imaging Center for a local hospital. My experience in the healthcare field informs my compassionate approach to creating wedding ceremonies.
Our first step together is a phone call, Facetime or Zoom, where I take the time to get to know you and your story. I aim to make you comfortable throughout the process, regardless of whether this is your first or second marriage, and I will guide you through the steps of obtaining your marriage license in your state.
At our first meeting, I provide an outline of a typical ceremony, which usually lasts around 10 minutes. I am also happy to suggest some special additions, including Handfasting, Sand, Love Lock, or Rose ceremonies.
I have been married for over 35 years and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren, all living in CT. My two sisters are also involved in wedding ceremonies - one is a retired Methodist minister in California, and the other is a JP in Ridgefield. As a family of officiants, we bring a uniquely personal touch to each ceremony we perform.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I look forward to hearing from you via email.
