He did a great job of blowing back our leaves, though there was a minor issue. Initially, he had agreed to bag the leaves for an additional charge, which I was fine with. However, upon arriving to do the job, he changed his mind and didn't bag any of the leaves, yet charged the same rate. It appeared that he had too little daylight to finish the job. While I would consider hiring him again, I would make it clear that we should stick to the agreed-upon terms.
