As a personal trainer, my focus lies in core training, muscle building, strengthening, and endurance. In my sessions, I incorporate weight resistance for approximately 30-40 minutes, creating a unique blend of exercise. I'm available from Monday to Friday, 5am-7pm, and on Saturdays from 9am-1pm. My passion lies in guiding clients towards achieving their fitness goals and improving their overall quality of life. Currently, I operate out of Westland, MI.
