Elementary Math & Reading Tutor

Hi, my name is Wendy Bader and I originally hail from New York. I am a graduate of SUNY Oswego where I obtained my BA in Communications and also hold an AS in Occupational Therapy which I earned at Keiser University. It has been 35 years since I moved to Florida and during this time, I have gained significant experience in diverse fields. To begin with, I worked as a practice manager in a law firm for 12 years but felt the urge to go back to school for OT. After completing my studies, I ventured into home healthcare for geriatrics and pediatrics before transitioning to teaching OT to new students, a profession which I practiced for five years.

I later became involved in substitute teaching and elementary grade tutoring. Presently, I facilitate the Florida Virtual School curriculum at a small private school in Boca Raton while also taking on tutoring roles for students struggling with various subjects. Witnessing my students excel gives me immense satisfaction and I have been fortunate enough to garner many referrals from past and present clients.
