Exercise caution when using his services as he lacks professionalism in both cost management and issue diagnosis. I had to provide specific instructions on what needed to be done, as he was about to needlessly cut open my wall for a leak issue. I paid an excessive amount for a poorly executed job. Additionally, he neglected to rectify a leak that occurred after installing new plumbing. Attempting to discuss job quality and costs with him may result in confrontational behavior.

Be cautious of this company. Ronald was scheduled to meet me at 1pm today. When I asked him to reschedule for 2pm, he declined and said he had another appointment at 1pm. This behavior was unprofessional and I will not continue to work with Ronald. Thank you for nothing.
